  Works and Lives in London.
  Heathrow Airport, detail.
My drawings are almost always an articulation of space or reflection of place and intuitively aim to get to the essence of something.
This happens, formally speaking through a deeply involved experiential process of mark making and a stripping down; through abstraction or towards a purer, near non-representational art form based on a kind of visual instinct, what feels right. This applies also to the way in which I research ad collect information.
From tourism to the banal, I am preoccupied momentarily with the social spaces that we share in our everyday lives; the domains of work and leisure, their meaning and how they contribute to our quality and understanding of life.
