This happens, formally speaking through a deeply involved experiential process of mark making and a stripping down; through abstraction or towards a purer, near non-representational art form based on a kind of visual instinct, what feels right. This applies also to the way in which I research ad collect information.
From tourism to the banal, I am preoccupied momentarily with the social spaces that we share in our everyday lives; the domains of work and leisure, their meaning and how they contribute to our quality and understanding of life.
